You unfortunately can't get complete access to your competitors data. There are a number of tools you could use, which will definitely give you access to some important data.

We recommend using Project SEO, it's been built to give you a comprehensive report of your competitors.

Want to see all your competitors pages and how they have been optimised for Google?

Simple to to www.google.co.za and type in site:competitorswebsite.co.za (Replace competitorswebsite.co.za with your competitors URL)

This will show you all of the pages that Google has indexed for your competitor and you can then see how they will look for the average people who locate their business via a search.
