In November 2010 we sent out an online survey to our current and past clients over the last year and recorded some interesting data. We posed to them 10 questions and asked them how they rated WebGrowth’s service in each area of concern. Here’s the data we collected:
All in all we are very happy that our clients are seeing the results that they are expecting from us and this is reflected in the survey. Of course we are going to continue to strive for even better client satisfaction over the coming months and years, if there is any more feedback you have for us please drop us an email and we’ll attend to it as soon as possible (and as you can see our weakest area is promptness of replying so please test us and see if we are improving
