			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>At the end of last year I posted a blog that only had two lines of text but still ranked #1 for the targeted keyphrase, &#8220;<a href="http://www.webgrowth.biz/2008/11/26/social-media-marketing-ameriquest/">social media marketing</a>&#8220;.  The reason why it was ranked so high was because it had a lot of views on YouTube and was rated highly by users.  If that particular post had no video and only two lines of text it would not have ranked so highly..  So this proves that Google is crawling video sharing websites and noticing interaction on 3rd party video sites like <a href="http://www.youtube.com" target="_blank">Youtube</a>, <a href="http://www.vimeo.com" target="_blank">Vimeo</a>, <a href="http://www.zoopy.com" target="_blank">Zoopy</a> etc.  Video is slowly becoming very popular because of it&#8217;s more personal and interactive nature.  Google&#8217;s algorithm has to follow suit so hold on tight, 2009 is going to be a year of out the box thinking!!</p>
